I have been very satisfied with this doctor. He listens, does not waste my time with in person visits when phone or virtual will do. He is knowledgeable and realistic with my health care plan. Great doctor! Dr. Alvergue is very personable, wonderful, and caring person. He explains things in very thorough way to my understanding. Incredible bedside manners along with a true concern for his patients. He treats you like a family. I would recommend his practice highly. I have no hesitation on recommending him to my friends and family.

I went in to see Dr Alvergue a couple weeks ago and I had to share what a great experience I had with him. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my heart in a way that I could understand. He took the time to answer every concern I had and never made me feel rushed!!! Some Drs have one foot out the door when they walk in but he definitely didn't!! I was so anxious going in there but so comfortable when I left!!! He is definitely a great Dr to see if you want a Dr with a great bedside manner!! Just can't say enough about the positive experience!! I highly recommend him!! I've already recommended him to my friends and family:) THANK YOU DR ALVERGUE you truly make a difference!!!

He has failed our heart patient more than twice. Saw him five days before being admitted to the hospital. Which resulted in 3 different hospital stays, 3 week stay, and an open heart surgery. All due to ignored fairly obvious symptoms, missed concerning test result, and lack of follow up or follow through. The next fail was similar but this time I acted as a more involved advocate for our loved one by attending the appointment do discuss life threatening symptoms, again, about a week before being admitted to the hospital. Didn't listen to our concerns, didn't make proper referrals, and screened areas that should have stood out as reasons to hospitalize right then and there. I had to point out numerous pieces to the puzzle that didn't add up, which fell upon deaf ears. I fear for any patient under this doctor's care with serious heart conditions. He doesn't have the expertise to be taking on high risk cardiac patients.
