Always a pleasure to have blood and other fluids tested! The young man at the front desk is so very charming and pleasant and professional at the same time The lady who drew my blood was finished with several viles before I could even notice she had placed the needle in my veins!! Most pleasant woman and very gentle and very kind and very easy to talk with. Te young man was very friendly when I was leaving and we wished each other a very happy holiday Very impressed

I literally trust my LIFE to French Hospital. My grandson rushed me to French because I didn't "look" well; he insisted. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, I was rushed into your awesome CATH Lab to remove a 100%, blockage in my heart. I was treated as their most important patient of the moment, with a kind assurance that I would be just fine. I was in awe of the skill set of all personnel I met. They kept me calm and confident as they worked to remove the blockage. I did not realize until afterwards that I had HAD a heart attack. Over a period of 6 weeks I had 3 stents placed. I also started my recovery at your Cardio Rehab facility. Over a period of 20 weeks, your staff encouraged me to return and IMPROVE my activity levels. They gave me the confidence to exercise without fear of another heart attack. I do have to give a shout out to my cardiologist, Dr. Muhammad Hashmi. He was calm, explained every step and assured me that I would fine. He is a true gift to our community and I'm glad he chose to move here. And the staff of ICU also deserves applause! I was in ICU twice during the first 6 weeks. They encouraged me, were SOO patient with me and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The administration of French Hospital has assembled a first rate community of dedicated professionals to provide lifesaving care to our small town. I am forever grateful they were here for me!

I'm still genuinely shocked at how horrible of an experience I had at this hospital with the intake nurse and her doctor. Not only were they extremely unprofessional but the overall atmosphere is like a frat house meets sorority. Not to mention that there is zero privacy when you are speaking to them about your medical issues, you're basically in the lobby sitting feet away from other patients. I felt violated after my experience there and didn't even wait for my paperwork I had to rush out of there so fast. Never again.

As a senior citizen, the cardiology unit looks after me continually. They consistently monitor my heart health in a very timely manner. I've also had one ambulance trip to the ER for a severe bladder obstruction after prostate radiation elsewhere. They moved quickly and relieved my severe pain within minutes of arrival. All my experiences with French Hospital have been positive. I wouldn't consider any other provider in this area.

We've been going to the office for over a year now and we are very, very pleased. It's got a wonderful atmosphere, friendly office staff and I really like my provider. I really like that. I don't have to wait as long as I have in other offices. I strongly recommend.
