Friendly, Efficient and Professional. The staff was ON IT!!! Very helpful. Now, my PA.... Carrissa is on another level above all that. She is a Pro! Aside from her skills and knowledge, she is kind AND, The Best Listener....EVER! When I'm talking, she's listening. Some Doctors are backing out of the room while answering a question. Not Carrissa. You can tell, she cares. The Best!

This group really pulls together. I had an appointment with a cardiologist, but he was not available so I was immediately given a visit with the nurse practitioner who assisted me with what I needed and discussed upcoming procedure that might be beneficial. The office staff are professional yet friendly. The waiting area is comfortable. I was grateful to be able to be seen the same day although rescheduling was available. I already had a ride with Lyft and wanted to keep on schedule with that.

The checkin was simple. I did pre-registration online. Not a long wait in the waiting room. However the wait in the exam room was 40 min. Once Carissa arrives the rest was excellent. She was informative and attentive to my health concerns. The visit was very good excepting the long wait

Over the last week, I have called the cardiologist office 3 times during regular business hours, and each time I've been connected to an after hour service. They take a message but no one has returned my call. I even emailed the cardiologist and no response. Totally unacceptable not to return patient's phone calls or emails. Adventist is the worst. I'll be looking for care elsewhere.

Carissa is always warm, informative and responsive to anything I might share. The office staff is friendly & helpful as well, even retrieving a cup of water for me when I asked The wait time is minimal.
