My experience here was overwhelming there's too much going on all at once. The waiting time is ridiculous my appointment was at 3 and I got seen at 4:40 although tbe dr is nice , the forth time I came a lady. Not in scrubs assuming manager was being very rude talking about getting paid by insurance it sounds like getting paid is more important than patient care I prefer Kaiser more organized and professional bye.

I was recently discharged from a Post Acute nursing facility where I had been since the end of January. During which time I unfortunately fractured my hip 5 months ago, and then again unfortunately I broke my pelvis 2 months ago. The facility Doctors prescribed me pain medication to control the pain, but when I was subsequently was able to come home I reached out to LeeMay, which took 6 days including a weekend of leaving messages someone actually answered the phone. I requested that LeeMay please call me back as I needed to get a refill on my pain medication. At the facility I was receiving 6 pain pills per day and when I finally got a hold of LeeMay I was treated with extremely cold and rude indifference. LeeMay stated that she wanted to cut me off of the pain medication but she would give me a prescription of 1 pill a day for one month and then no more she was cutting me off!!!! How does she expect to get a patient off of pain medication and still keep them from being in horrible pain going from 6 pills a day down to 1???? I tried it with 1 pill a day and that first day was miserable, I tried to go to bed and sleep but I was in so much pain sleep eluded me. The following day I decided to try 3 to 4 pills per day which was cutting the dosage almost in half, and so far I have been able to manage with this okay. I am going to have to get a hold of her again to let her know what I did and that I will need another prescription. I imagine she will probably be highly rude and angry with me, but I didn't know what else to do in order to function. I am very fearful that she will say to bad you are out of luck. All my life I was under the impression that Doctors were supposed to take an oath of office promising to take care of their patient's and do their best to keep them as free from pain and discomfort possible with kindness, caring, and compassion. Well, from the way she treated me she must have had her fingers crossed because she lied!!!! This is of course my opinion, but think about it, would you want to be treated this way??? I imagine that I will have to go over her head and see where I get with Dr. Jain, hopefully he will intervene and this weaning off of pain medication can be handled properly. I truly hope it does not have to go this far and that she can look down inside and find some compassion. Sincerely, Kathleen Lopez

After being called an hour pass my appointment time the doctor asked me a few questions. The last question was, what kind of insurance do you have. I told him. His reply was. OK, then we will make you another appointment. It is sad when doctors first priority is over changing your insurance vs patient care.

Patient

Called to make an appointment and technician hung up with one caller ahead of me. The second call went straight to voicemail. The third and final call went directly to answering service and they were advised to only take emergency calls. Will not recommend them and will contact insurance company

Such a horrible experience. The lady who is responsible for the billing, she claims she is the manager for the whole clinic. She has discriminated my rights. Because of my Asian name on my Medical ID card, She has hidden my medical card. She fought with me last week. Today also she said "I have your card, but because you are so rude thats why I do not have now and I will see if I could find". Such a dangerous place, there is no one to respond and listen to your problems. Really frustrating. Really. It is all discrimination because of my race and my religion.
