Suzanne Austin, MD

Suzanne Austin was my primary care physician from 2021 to 2024. I complained to her in November 2023 about shortness of breath. She checked her with the stethoscope which she has said appeared normal. My shortness of breath continue to get worse and I cannot get a follow up appointment. I saw a different Doctor Who discovered that I had pneumonia through chest x-rays. This is a test that she could've done when I complained about my shortness of breath. At the end of March, I was in the hospital for one week after my pneumonia had advanced. The symptoms worsened to heart failure. This could've all been avoided if she had initially diagnose me correctly from the beginning. The reason I couldn't get a follow up appointment is because of her limited days an hours. This doctor should not be in practice since I learned that she had come back from retirement. Worst doctor I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.

Dr Suzanne Austin has been my doctor for a few years and she is very great in her profession, she double checks everything and is very trustworthy, thorough in her care. I just want to thank you Dr. Austin for all your hard support and dedication to your patients... I know that you retired and been ill lately, I pray that your health is a speedy recovery and that you just heal completely and you enjoy your time recovering and enjoying your retirement. Don't worry about anyone or anything, just take your self and enjoy your life! Thank you so very much for being a wonderful excellent Dr. and caring person! MAY GOD GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!

If your only method of contact is phone, you better have someone available to answer or fix your voicemail already. Oh and thank you so much for NOT notifying when you were closing and deciding to send a bill which should've already been resolved so now I have no means of contacting anyone to dispute the charges. I just LOVE that kind of anxiety

One star is too many for this office. My wife went there and Dr Austin is out due to illness. They have no back up doctor. They left my wife high and dry not to not be able to get her needed medication. Irene is extremely rude. She screams at people on the phone. Irene changes her stories. They should be reported to the medical board.

I have tried calling this practice at LEAST a dozen times to get a bill paid but they have yet to call me back. I don't understand why its so hard to call someone back who's trying to GIVE you money. I have left 3/4 voicemails with name, number etc and somehow they can't find the time to call. The office is run down and gross anyways. I wouldn't advice going here. I called in for a refill, as they told me they needed me to do after my initial visit with the doctor where we went into detail about my meds and needs etc. Im then told I need to speak to the doctor, we had less than a 5 min conversation and she bills my insurance 350.00 and its an out of pocket expense for me $40.00 (which I don't mind paying.. IM TRYING TO PAY IT!!!!!) So far a horrible experience with this office. I would rather go to planned parenthood.
