At first I was intimidated by, and afraid of, electrocardiology. But Dr Levy is the best. He takes time to listen and time to explain things so I can understand. The work he does, is by its very nature, medically complex and Dr Levy is always on leading edge cardiovascular electrophysiology medical evolution. Dr Levy really goes out of his way to be an empathetic advisor and make sure you have all the details to make an informed best decision, and his advice is always spot on logical and inventive at the same time providing a strong long term patient care strategy. Dr Levy is amazing in the surgical room, explains everything, and goes the extra mile to make sure procedures are totally thoroughly carried out that maximize a most successful patient outcome, regardless of adding more complexity and workload on his side. I feel totally safe and in the best hands possible with Dr Levy as my Cardiovascular Electrophysiology guru specialist. Doctor Matthew Levy was amazing on explaining my diagnosis what my options were and the actual procedure. The staff was attentive always asking to make sure i was comfortable. the actual cardiac ablation procedure was done and i recovered have not had any recurrent episodes and have felt my best in 7 years. Dr. Levy is an exceptional electrophysiologist -- personable, straightforward, and genuinely listens to his patients. He explains things clearly without overcomplicating or rushing the discussion. He's in very high demand, so scheduling can take some effort, but the level of care and trust he builds makes it absolutely worth it.
