As far as the DOCTORS go I have had no issues. But some of the people at the DESK are ridiculous and rude. I've had several lab orders given to me without being filled out correctly or to the correct place. Making me then have to go BACK after already taking time off work to RE DO bloodwork. Because they are too busy on their cell phones with personal calls to pay attention to writing down all the proper orders that Dr wanted done. Then when you call to get that fixed your spoken over and told it's your own fault for not knowing you could only go to one or the other lab office. You don't speak over patients! Nor do you speak to them In a condescending manner because they didnt know something! Absolutely ridiculous and RUDE! STAY OFF YOUR CELLPHONES WHEN HELPING PATIENTS AND DONT SPEAK DOWN TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE DUMB!

Great doctors bad badly wokers, not sure whi they assign to answer calls but they do poorly on it,many times I've called , they hang up, dnt answer, or send me your a different extension..They need better people on answer phone calls and then they can probably get a 5 star from me
