Dr Koka

Payed my co-payment just so I can let them Know my wrist was hurting. Didn't bother to even look at it, just said I'm not going to bother, Go straight to the er. When asked for my money back they reused and for paper work they said come back Tomarro. Knew it was too good to be true when people were walking in and out in less then 20 min.

It's cool that Dr. Koka started with a small clinic in town and has since grown but that is the downfall of their business and quality of service. If you need a referral, paperwork or a call about your results, its always late or the process hasn't been started yet after days or even weeks. Staff is friendly at first but is rude/belittling otherwise. Upper management/owners need to do a lot of quality control here. Wish it was like back in the good days and would get 5 stars easily. Better Business Bureau should get involved with this many bad reviews.

Very frustrating dealing with this practice. Every time I call it takes 10+ calls to get someone on the phone and usually it's some rude off-site guy that never relays messages to the medical team or puts in refill requests. I always have to call back and argue my way to get transferred into the actual office so that one of the girls can take my refill request or check appointments, etc. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't health related because it should not be this hard to reach MY doctor's office, smh

The absolute worst office to deal with on the phone. No one calls you back, regardless of the amount of times you call. My dad can't get a simple referral done, because the provider missed a specific injury on the ER paperwork. I've called and when I have spoken to someone, I explain and they say they'll "start" the process. It's been almost 2 months from his initial injury and he still doesn't have this referral. His specific provider he encountered during his first visit to establish care was rude and in a rush. She lacked basic bedside manner. He had a telephone appt this morning and no one called. We have called the office twice in the last hour with no call back. Will be changing providers as soon as he is able to. His original pcp was in murrieta, but I will happily drive him all the way to murrieta from where we live. They were at least responsive.

Dr koka is a very caring, intelligent dr she cares about each and every patient of her's. Love her personality, glad she's my family's dr
