Booked an 8am appointment, wasn't seen until 8:45 at which point I learned that they couldn't perform the procedure because I'm going on vacation next week and will be submersing myself. Why they couldn't tell me this at the time of booking is beyond me. Staff onsite were friendly and empathetic but whoever is doing the bookings over the phone could use better training -- I couldn't even get them to give me an accurate address and ended up walking four blocks from the poorly managed parking garage
