I cannot say enough about Dr. Tanel and our experience at UCSF Children's Hospital. How this man could stand and tenaciously concentrate for an 8 hour procedure, defies one's imagination or expectations. He explained everything thoroughly to us, and is not only an expert cardiologist, but also has the human touch. Our daughter also had a very caring nurse, who went the extra mile to make our daughter, our daughter's boyfriend, and us (her parents), comfortable. In addition, the woman receptionist in charge of the second floor waiting room, made the long day bearable by bringing us water and allowing us to drink it, despite the "no drinking or eating in the waiting room" policy. Thank you for your grace. She's an angel. So much gratitude for doctors, nurses and hospital staff everywhere!!
