I brought my 83-year-old mother to the San Dimas Community Hospital ER this morning after she continued to have arm pain from a recent fall, and I was extremely impressed with the care we received.
From the moment we walked in, Makensie at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She made a wonderful first impression and immediately put us at ease.
In the back, Nurse Lori, who we later found out is the Charge Nurse, was incredibly attentive, empathetic, and nurturing with my mom. It was clear why she is in a leadership role--she listened carefully and genuinely cared about my mother's comfort and concerns.
Bryanna, the tech who took my mom's vitals and later placed her arm in a sling, was so patient, gentle, and comforting. Her calm and caring approach made a big difference for my mom, who was anxious and in pain.
Dr. Sharma was also wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly explain my mom's condition and what steps we should take moving forward. His clarity and kindness helped us feel confident about the care plan.
Nobody wants to end up in the ER, but our experience here was truly exceptional. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and attentive. I'm very grateful for the outstanding care my mother received today. Highly recommend this ER and its amazing staff.

I truly wish I could've remembered everybody's names that helped me on Tuesday night. I was so sick. I don't remember anybody's name but from the intake nurse to my RN to the lab person and the x-ray tech and my doctor. Everybody was so kind and sweet and warm and helpful. I tried everything not to go to the ER that night and they made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience and I really wish I could've remembered everybody's names to individually thank them. Because they all deserve that!! Thank you to all of the team that helped me and took excellent care of me Tuesday evening 11/18/25.

I am so grateful that we have such a nice hospital in our neighborhood. My family and I have been here for emergencies a couple of times in the past several years. The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive. The nurses were very patient, caring and professional.

The care team in my experience was the most professional and caring. They actually listened intently to my needs and concerns and addressed them immediately. I am grateful for the opportunity afforded me on this day. I feel safe that I have the option today to be treated so responsibly.
While not hopeful to have to return, I'd rather go there than any other to be reassured I am in the best hands possible!

When I see people that need to be trained because the type of work they do is stressful and they have to set goals to have a straight face because they're working with others who need them for their support I believe 70% of their staff is focus on their job not on the person they're helping they are more focused on what they're doing then what they should be doing as a patient I'm here for you to help me understand why I'm here because I'm going through shock and I cannot remember that was my experience for 5 days I'm still going, the three pictures that are there is how lonely it is. I don't want to forget to complement Housekeeping Crew, 30 years of experience I have these women do more than just do housekeeping pronounce sunshine in the room help by calling the nurse making them aware I needed help or needed something especially when these two-way radios don't work between the patient and the nurse they're doing more then they require what's that they should be applauded I was very impressed by the staff
