I have been using Hero medication managing dispenser for several years. The same machine has been reliable for continuous service and the health staff are diligent with monitoring the usage. Monthly video or phone meetings are used to maintain patient communication. They are very helpful. It is great to have a device alert me at medication times and dispense correct dosage. I am far more compliant than I was before using the service.

Healthtopia provides excellent services and accepts traditional Medicare. The Hero machine is easily setup and been so helpful in pill management. Their televisits are quick and informative. I'm so pleased with my Hero Device

I have a great doctor, James Howard. He explained everything about my lab and test results very thoroughly. It was all good news. He gave me a health score of A-!

Well, the session begins late. The presenter was not ready, so I had to wait about 25 minutes before the children get started Wednesday however, the presenter Joy Hardison was very pleasant and asked all the right questions about my medications. By the end of the session, I was quite pleased with the whole experience. I was also happy because I'm qualified to receive my Hero!!

I enjoyed talking with Dr. Joy Evers, she was such a delight. I felt comfortable sharing my medical information with her. I'm looking forward to getting my new medication device. It will help me so much to keep medications straight and take them at the appropriate times.
