One Community Health - Arden-Arcade Health Center

My mother in law received amazing assistance from the medical assistant Erik, he is AWESOME going above and beyond his duties to assist her needs and voiced his concerns very professionally. The way she spoke about him makes me want to change where I receive my medical and start going there, that speaks volumes for Erik hats off to you sir 5+ stars. We appreciate him and his service to the community.

We initially faced a lot of difficulty and delays trying to collect my wife's eyeglasses, and without Sayed's help, it would have been impossible to get things sorted. We had been waiting for quite some time and didn't know where to go or how to proceed. Sayed was professional, respectful, and went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process. Thanks to his assistance, everything was handled smoothly, and we truly appreciate his support. He's always been a great help to our whole family at the clinic!

I have come to this clinic three times for my blood tests, and each time it takes a very long time -- sometimes two or three hours. This is not acceptable for patients. The nurse's behavior is not polite, and I had a bad experience. If management does not take action and remove her from duty, I will change my clinic and no longer visit One Community Health.

I wish there wore -5000 stars that I can give you. This is the worse place to chose as clinic for your kid. They are completely unprofessional. But they are a great shopkeepers. They only want to make money out of insurance this place really need a better management. Is there any health inspector to inspect there work ?

Worst place I have been to so far. Appointment times are not the same. They either change it or cancel it without letting you know so when you go in, it's more of a walk-in and they will try to get you in the "next available appointment". This happened to me at least 3 times now. One of the being I had an appointment at 10 30Am but the day before just to make sure my appointment time I gave them a call and I was told it's at 11 30 Am, which was changed without my knowledge, so when I went there I was told they will be closing soon so they do not have time to see me and they rescheduled me the next day with a different provider than my primary provider. Another one being that I was told by my provider to come in at 8AM for blood work, but when I got there apparently I had no appointment so they got me in at 9:40AM. I had to stay in the waiting room for an hour and 40 mins because of their stupid mistake. Really long waits, overall this place is just complete garbage in terms of management.
