Dr. Joanna Santos and her assistant Mae are truly amazing professionals and even more wonderful human beings. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Joana Santos and her assistant Mae for my crown impression, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They both made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Dr. Santos is incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle, she explained each step clearly and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Mae was equally kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the process. She has such a warm, calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. Together, they make an incredible team that delivers top-notch dental care with compassion, skill, and integrity. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Joana Santos and Mae to anyone looking for exceptional, caring, and trustworthy dental care.

The staff are generally friendly, and the facility is clean. However, I stayed overnight for my sleep study more than eight months ago, and to this day, I have not received my results. I have contacted California Sleep Solutions multiple times, and they have repeatedly informed me that the results were faxed to Elica. However, every time I contact Elica, I am told that the results are not on file and that I should contact California Sleep Solutions again. This ongoing back-and-forth has been extremely stressful and frustrating. As a patient referred by Elica, I do not understand why there is no direct communication or tracking system between your offices to ensure patient results are received and documented. I should not be responsible for acting as the middle person between two medical offices. After more than eight months, this delay is unacceptable and has impacted my ability to receive proper care. At this point, it feels like no one is taking responsibility for resolving the issue.

I've had an okay experience at Elica Health Center in Sacramento. The staff are generally friendly, and the facility is clean. However, scheduling can be difficult, and wait times tend to be long, even with an appointment. The care itself is decent, but communication and follow-up could definitely be better. Overall, it's an average experience ; not bad, but there's room for improvement.
