I took my husband to urgent care in Rosamond for stomach issues. Literally the first word the receptionist says before she even got my husbands first name is "what insurance do you have?" she didn't even ask why my husband was there or what was wrong with him, or how he was feeling, even though he was clearly not feeling well. I'm sorry but a receptionist shouldn't be that cold and rude. Needless to say we turned right back around and went elsewhere. Do not treat your patients like all they are is a dollar sign. They literally could care less. I definitely will never return and suggest you don't either.
