Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I am so sorry I forgot the nurse practitioners name but she truly is amazing. I was stressed coming in there and had a long drive to come to that office and my blood pressure was 150/112 and she was so calming and made me feel so much more relaxed and sat with me for 35 minutes and answered a lot of questions and explain things to me like no one ever has. I'm so impressed with your office. I know this only gives five stars but you deserve 10 stars +. Thank you so much for taking the time with me,it was very much appreciated!

My first experience with Dr.Mishra was 10 years ago. He was fantastic then and still is. This time my procedure was scheduled quickly, they called 2 days before to confirm my appointment. I was told I would get instructions for the procedure, the day before I had not received anything. I called the office and spoke with Daniel, he is great! He took the time to go through everything with me including the prep instructions. We were on the phone for close to 10 minutes, he never once made me feel rushed. Day of procedure I arrived early as traffic wasn't as bad as expected. The front desk people were all very friendly and helpful. The nurse came to take me into the back, she was great never rushed. Was great starting the IV. Explained everything to me. The anesthesiologist was fantastic, (10 years ago I kind of woke up during the procedure, it was extremely uncomfortable.) He explained the different sedation methods to me and assured me that it wouldn't happen this time. It didn't, before I knew it the nurse was waking me up and everything was done. Everything from the first visit to the procedure was great. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs a GI doctor.

While the waiting room was small and felt like a production line... once I was in the patient area I was served with excellence. Kind nurses. Even so.e good tunes to help us all relax and feel comfortable.i was really happy with the anesthesiologist. Very nice and knew her stuff.

I've been a patient of Dr Mishra's for years. He's very kind and always explains in detail the tests he's run any the findings. He truly cares about his patients. Wish there were more Dr's out there like him.
