Rubidoux Community Health Center - RUHS

I was on a 45 minute video call the doctor never came so I hung up a 15 minute wait is fine if they're too busy, they need to hire more doctors plus last time I came a tall, dark, curly haired lady, which was two years ago was going to draw my blood. She saw me nervous. I was trying to relax I was trying to breathe, but she went ahead and tried drawing either way without asking me and telling me if I'm ready so then she tells me has the audacity to be like I'm not going to put myself at risk as if I was a problem so then ,I called someone else to come draw my blood and the lady was very nice. She was short. It's a lady that's always been working there She has brown curly hair only giving it a two star because it's close to home and because my therapist is nice.

I recently visited the center for the second time and was seen by Dr Valdez both times. My experience was great. I was able to be seen within a week for my first visit, which was non-urgent. Wait times were short. Both the front and back office staff were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. My referrals were done quickly. They can draw your labs there and the results are easy to look up on line. So far so good. I will write another review if my experience changes.

I have always had a very good experience with the staff here! At least in person! My son went in for a Covid test yesterday and his pediatrician has always gone up and beyond to make sure he's health and all my questions are answered. As a new mom you can just imagine the overwhelming feeling when your child is sick and are just trying to do all you can to get medical attention and medication. His medication was not sent to the pharmacy I normally go to and so I had to wait till the next day to figure out why it was not sent. I called this morning and spoke to a staff memeber that instead of showing professionalism she kept talking over me as I explain.. she got so angry that HUNG UP THE PHONE before I could every know the correct pharmacy!! HOW RUDE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! the one that works in the medical field is her not me. I kept asking her to stop talking to listen to my concern and it sounded like I was talking to a teenager going back and forth on HER TELLING ME that the medication went to a Walgreens and I had to call them MYSLEF to redirect the medication! My son has been dealing with these symptoms for a month now and when parents are just looking for answer the way she handled that call was unprofessional and rude! I didn't get a name as I called back for it NO ONE ANSWERED I CALLED BACK 2 times! I'm so disappointed i absolutely love his pediatrician and she's on maturity leave and so this is just so unlike them her team is always on top of it! Such a distasteful experience when my son is is desperate need OF HIS ANTIBIOTICS!

Staff is incompetent and rude. Do not come here, literally every department here is a waste of time, you will come out here depleted and without any help and verbally abused by staff.

Overall good service staff very helpful I've been going more than six years and never had any problems
