Riverside Community Hospital

My dad had excellent care while recovering from his surgery. The staff on G5 took such great care of him and had a lot of compassion. Dr. Clifford Douglas is a fantastic neurosurgeon. he had compassion and care for my dad and treated him like family. It was easier leaving at night knowing he was cared for by Liliana and Hope. They had great compassion and care for him. Liliana's aide Amber was also very good. Esquilio the PT was really good. So thankful his surgery was done here.

Really dint have too much that bother me. Maybe I waited in recovery after I woke up from surgery and they said I would have to stay the nite and it took about 5 hours to get a room. The staff was very helpful and tried to make me comfortable as possible. I may add once they said I was going home the next day it would've been nice if they would showed my wife how and when to change my bandage on my back. They figured it out but any help from discharge nurse would've helped. Had a video of room but can't figure out how to post that one. But here is my view in the morning.

The nursing staff and physical/occupational therapists were all amazing! I was well taken care of, everyone was so polite and made my recovery easier. 5 stars!!!!

Griselda and Cecilia did an amazing job of taking care of me. Everyone in the stroke unit. Eddie and LaToya, the entire ER staff. The best doctors and nurses. Thank you so much

My experience here was amazing. It was my first time staying in a hospital and it was for labor and delivery. All my nurses and Doctors were amazing. The day nurses Vivian, Colleen , Heather were great. The night nurse Emily was awesome , and she basically did everything she could and was able to help me deliver my baby before her shift ended. I don't remember my anesthesiologist name, but he was quick and professional while doing my epidural. I was able to have a relaxing birth experience once I received it. Nursing students and medical residents were great as well
