I would give NO STARS. Worst DOCTOR in riverside. Only stayed all these years for AMY but unfortunately she's on maternity leave, however Dr. reyes does not care about his patients at all. He gave me no solution to the problem I was having. I took 2 different test and I had to call them multiple times and even show up to their office to get my results and even then he did nothing for me. I was very patient, because I know DR are busy, however the last time I went to their office the DR was sitting behind the receptions and clearly heard that I was still having pain and I was still waiting to hear back about my results. Instead of talking to me he told the receptionist to tell me that he would see about giving me medication. After 3 months of trying I finally got tired of waiting and constantly calling. I will be going elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

The Amy Cortez is such an amazing Doctor. She cares so much and takes time with all her patients. I love her. All the staff is so polite and very professional.

The worst doctor in riverside I would not recommend at all!! It's been over a month and he hasn't even called me to give me my results and every time I call they say they'll let him know. The only good thing about this place is doctor Amy but when she is on vacation or leaves he doesn't take any appointments or do his job this is the worst experience I've had with. Don't make the mistake to go with him.

WORST DOCTOR IN RIVERSIDE ,CA DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF CARE FROM DR.REYES. I was seen at the ER for chest pain and difficulty breathing due to a bad URI. I revieved a call from my ECM coordinator encouraging me to call and be followed up by my pcp office for care after my ER visit I explained that if I did I wasn't going tp.get soon appt that this always happens. I still called Thursday afternoon 3/21/24 girl at front desk took my call and stated she would page Dr.Reyes and get back to me that she can't schedule me a follow-up without his approval.I kindly asked what would be the turnaround time and she said rudely I don't know it all depends on when he replies back like I said. So we hanged up and I expected a call back next day since his office closes at noon every Friday didn't get a call back . Instead IEHP calls me Monday morning 3/25/24 saying my Doctor called IEHP to have me resigned on Friday 3/22/24. I believe Dr. Reyes is retaliating negatively against me because I had filed a grievance this month on his practice and has let that get in the way of properly care for me as his patient. Instead of his office calling me Friday to schedule me a follow-up appt they instead called IEHP to have me reassigned. As of now they have yet to contact me to see me for my follow-up appt to see how I'm doing. Poor quality of care as a provider servicing IEHP members.

The worst doctors office ever! No communication to their patients. You have to call over and over to eventually get a response from the doctor. If you feel sick, you have to wait a month or more to get an appointment. They don't call back with results. They don't care about you. If you are thinking of choosing this doctors office, please DON'T. Any other doctor's office will be a better choice.
