I went in back in late 2017. When I went there they never asked me for payment. Let me go back, saw me, gave me prescriptions but never asked to pay. I thought maybe they had done something with my insurance because sometimes I get free visits. I don't hear back from them about anything and they call me yesterday saying I never called back in to check on my illness(FYI I REFUSE to go in for a follow up appointment when it's a typical problem like the flu) then they proceed to say I owe them $25 and if I don't pay them by the next day it's going to collections. I never even got a bill from them! Nothing except this phone call months later telling me I'm being sent to collections over $25 that I would have gladly paid the day of my appointment. But I no longer live in Riverside so I couldn't go into their office. I called them at least 7 times and was sent to the voicemail each time. How am I suppose to make something right when no one answers? Guess im getting sent to collections because this understaffed cheap clinic doesn't have anyone to answer their phones. Ridiculous.

Oh my god. I can not believe what a terrible center this is. It is that terrible to motivate me spend time to write a review. They are extremely inefficient in dealing with the insurance companies and basically harassing the patients to do their job for them. They find it much easier to charge the full amount from the patients instead of working with insurances. I have a really great insurance, yet I was harassed by them and then by a collecting agency for a very simple visit. I would certainly not put a step back in their office and would recommend all my friends as well. Here is my story: First, I go there with UCR referral for a very simple problem I had and a chronical back-pain. The office is ancient and most of operations are done "the good old-ways" and the wait is long of course, but I don't care about all that. I visit the doctor and apparently it was not a big issue. Then the real problem of mine starts a few months after. The doctor's billing guy keeps calling me and telling me that they can get their money. I contact the insurance company and they say there is no issue and they should get their claim. They tell me they want to do the easy route and get the money from me. after a while they hire a collecting agency and now I have to deal with a new solicitors. The insurance company says we have already paid, but the collecting company says the doctor did not get it. The insurance company says we can give all the details to the doctor office, but the collectors say that we want to talk to them .... and I am the messenger apparently here!

This place is horrible to get anything done at. I have only seen 2 ppl working at this place an just need a simple drug test done. Been here for almost 2 hours already an no clue when I will be called... stay away!!!

Called and rescheduled us on the day of our appointment, to an inconvenient day and incontinent time. Showed up to the rescheduled day and time and waited 2 hours with my 3 year old just to be told to get a lead test and come back.

Front desk makes you feel really comfortable and makes some jokes when they take you in the back to make sure you have a good experience while having a checkup
