After speaking with this office multiple times I will never be dealing with them again! They office biller April is extremely rude and quite frankly needs to be retrained in billing. I work for insurance and when I called to have a claim relooked at for my partner they originally told me it wouldn't be an issue. When I called back for an update and to inform them that we received a bill for diagnostic lab work when it should have been preventative she told me there was nothing she could do so I called my partners insurance company and they informed me that the office is in fact responsible for resubmitting the coding to quest. After multiple attempts from myself and my partners insurance company nothing was ever resolved and the only response I received was "I don't know how to do that". This office is only after your money and refuse the submit claims correctly or fix their mistakes.
