Very impressed Dhalla Orthopedics! My 2-year-old fractured her tibia and I was apprehensive of having to go through the process of getting a cast. The staff and doctor were so warm (which is something you don't always see in most doctors' offices) and made the whole process seamless for us. They made my daughter a balloon out of glove and even drew a face on it. As a mother having to keep her calm through this trauma, I am beyond grateful for that extra attentiveness to her. My girl knew it was a good place too, she was calm through the examination and the casting. I was so relieved! Already looking forward to our follow up! Thank you all at Dhalla Orthopedics!

I am very pleased with Dhalla Orthopedic Center. The staff is educated, and well-mannered. Very efficient. I was taken in at the last minute and received the best consideration. Dr. Dhalla, in my opinion is a level above his peers, in having what I would call a sixth sense in his ability to discern what is the core of the problem. And what should or shouldn't be done in order to fix the problem. Straight up, I am happy with the care, consideration, and have a good feeling about the treatment and the final results of that treatment. Thank you Dr. Dhalla for seeing me and also to your staff. Who are a positive in a world so full of negatives.

Went in to get my grandson's cast removed yesterday and one of the employees was extremely rude. I am the legal guardian and he started to question me about the whereabout of his parents and why they weren't there (in front of my granson). When we went in to get his cast on it wasn't an issue, my husband was not asked for the guardianship paperwork. The employee wanted me to reschedule my appointment and asked me to leave. Luckily, one of the young ladies in the front was able to call the primary doctor that referred us there and get it sent over. I understand there are procedures that have to be followed; however, when you work in the health care field, the way you treat patients is extremely important.

This was the second time I came due to fractures. They seem to always be in a bad mood and are very rude to people. Especially that lady Elvia in the front desk. Lady if you don't like your job... then get a new one. But most of all the attitude. They lack customer service and communication. The way that they feel they can down talk to people because I've seen it with others not just me. The Dr's helper that takes the X-rays...She's polite. Wish I had her name and maybe she can teach them manners. But this lady Elvia kills it for you. Called my urgent care and moved my children to a different location. I had had enough of their attitude.

Dr Raja Dhalla replaced my right knee two weeks ago. I had good pre-op care and my surgery went great. Their office staff have been friendly, professional and helpful during this whole process. Javier and Patricia have done timely follow-up calls and have been able to answer my questions. Once we're through the right knee process, we will start looking at the left knee!
