i usually don't put reviews but this doctor is my worst experience with a doctor ever. I started using him over 2years ago and I had never seen his face in the whole 2 years, I understand that the Virous had made it impossible for one on one visits BUT 2 years come on. I had to tell him over the phone what my height, weight, blood pressure numbers were he had no idea what I looked like or who I am. I'm Diabetic so I had to tell him what my blood count was, AND if I had and problems his response was send him a picture, NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! The staff needed to be trained, very unprofessional. I could go on and on but I just think no one else should have to deal with this so called doctor.

I appreciated short wait times and not having to see a PA, however this doctor was not a good listener and often ignored my concerns. He told me the pain I was having was "just arthritis" and there was nothing he could do about it. He never did any kind of test to find out the cause. It wasn't until changing doctors over a year later that I found out the cause was vitamin D deficiency. He also told me my severe itching was just normal or all in my head. It turned out to be an allergy. He simply refused to take my complaints seriously, while my new doctor simply diagnosed and treated them.

I really appreciate Dr Cheng as my doctor. He is very attentive and takes time with me at each appointment. He has helped diagnose me for a lot of my aliments and is very skilled at diagnosis. I feel he is very personable and no nonsense. I love that he guides me to the correct treatments w out wasting my time. The office recording needs to be rerecorded as you cannot understand after hour recording.

Very professional, courteous, timely follow up on labs and treatment.

He knows what he is talking about but he takes way to much time typing every single word on his tablet then i forget what else i was there for. If you speak he quiet's you. His way is so different. I just switched over to him so i guess i will stay with this Dr for awhile longer.
