I like Dr. Bogar and the care she provides, but the office is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Since March, I've been chasing authorization for medication and constantly hit dead ends. Calls go unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, and when I call back, I'm left on hold for an hour until they close--and then disconnected. This has happened repeatedly. I was eventually able to get the authorization through another doctor, but transferring it to my pcp has made getting the care I need unnecessarily difficult. I had a sleep test done and the referred doctor sent over my results and Cajon never called me to follow up. That was well over a month ago! I hope the office addresses these issues, because their current incompetence makes it hard for patients to get the care they need. FIX THIS! I've been to the office, you're not too busy to answer or return phone calls.
