Arthritis Medical Clinic

This office needs to do better with there office personnel. They have got to be the rudest people I have ever dealt with at any medical office ever. When they have people sit there for 2 hours and then tell them they will not be seen is absolutely ridiculous. You all ask for insurance before we come my doctor sent a referral from my insurance company as well which is a PPO. My insurance I pay for is primary and IEHP is secondary and always has been yet they told me otherwise. They are the only ones who have ever said so. I do billing myself and also go to over 15 doctors who bill my Cigna just fine yet they somehow refused/couldn't. Needed me to leave I couldn't see a doctor. Keep in mind I sat there and filled out paperwork fresh out of shoulder surgery because I am in desperate need to try and figure out an autoimmune disease for a year now. This happens so yes I am beyond irritated with this place. No wonder the other bad reviews. Oh but don't worry had to try and call them and yep no answers for quite a while/no voicemail for messaging weird also. But do gotta go back just to pick up my lab stuff they didn't give me back that they where supposed to and my cup I forgot cause I was so frustrated.

The ladies at the infusion center are amazing. They've always been super nice, and they wanna make sure you're taken care of while you're there for hours on end. Infusions can be scary for a lot of people, but they're not here because the staff takes such good care of their patients.

I see dr every 3 months and always have always been heard and cared for. But I go to infusion center 1 times a month and those ladies are literally amazing! They care for us all with grace and beautiful moments. I feel seen and cared for every single visit!

This office called the police on me. All I wanted was my medical records. When the police arrived and they were ordered to give me my medical records the notes were not accurate. The doctor said he had given me a full exam. Not true. I had a sweater on, long pants, socks, and tennis shoes. This doctor saw my hands and face. I'm not sure how any medical professional could miss my mailer rash. He also said that I appeared well. It been 2 weeks since I showered. I hadn't had the energy. I have no idea how this doctor sleeps at night. He's going viral on my tic toc. There's nothing that Arthritis medical clinic can do about it.

I hope the office sees this Review. I am writing this in behalf of my parents. My father has a rare autoimmune disease that requires intense medication and treatment. Dr. Hasan is an absolute gem and he is extremely caring. My problem is with the office. When we call to leave messages to the doctor, we rarely hear back. It has been like this for a couple of months. My father has been trying to schedule an infusion for almost two/three weeks. The office never answers the phone and when they do, they Say they Will leave a message for the doctor and never call back. My dad has been progressively getting worse as he WAITS FOR A CALL BACK. The office is extremely neglectful which is a shame because they have an amazing doctor. My family and I have tried getting into contact but to no avail. All we want is to schedule infusions and make sure our dad is okay. Although we hope to continue treatment here because of the great doctor, I would no longer recommend this place for anyone that cares about their loved ones.
