Please do your job right and stop bothering me. Your billing number press 2 is not working. I paid all my copays at the office. Your PA or NP is not a specialist stop bothering me. Prove it to me that she is a specialist then I would pay you at the price of a specialist. Otherwise, my insurance card says $30 for copay only if you want $70 as a specialist then prove it to me. Even a family doctor charges only $30 per insurance policy. A NP or PA wants to charge me $70 please don't make me laugh. Stop bothering me.

They will send you unsolicited texts etc making it sound like you are overdue for a medical check up despite never having been a patient in hope you will call and book an appointment. They may be good doctors (I have never been), but the low stars are because I personally don't appreciate the deceptive type of marketing.

I was recently injured in a terrible car accident and I had to get to a primary doctor, FAST. Not only was Dr. Villegas able to see me in a timely manner, but he was also extremely considerate and understanding. I have not been to a better doctor yet that truly seems to care about my pain. I can also really tell how good he is because the nurses and staff respect him very much and always speak highly of him when he isnt around. He is a patient, kind and attentive doctor. Same for all the staff there. Sabrina is a very sweet and attentive nurse that works there also. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor himself is just great. They all seem to love what they do and are passionate about helping others. I usually hate going the doctors, but this medical group is helping to change that. This time has been so difficult for me, but I am extremely grateful to be under the care of such a good medical team. Thank you for all you do!

I had a fantastic experience at Altais Medical Group! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the office is--definitely one of the nicest medical offices I've been to. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and I experienced little to no wait time, which is rare in most medical offices. The doctor was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident in my care. Highly recommend!

They are under new management! Not sure what everyone else is taking about when reporting phone issues or communication gaps. Perhaps it's the new staff? The entire team is new faces and everyone is super helpful! I loved the way Viviana checked me in. She was so thoughtful, courteous and polite. After being checked in, I was seen by Dr. Villegas and from what I understood he came from Family Care Specialists which is also owned by Altais. After my appointment I had to call back a few days later and request a refill since I had lost my medication and the Altais Medical Group helped me so quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the new team and would highly recommend that everyone in the area give them back another try! Stay safe and GLTA!
