I love the doctor! Front office are great! Sometimes you get bad attitudes and that may have been the case in the past from the reviews, however today! They are great. I call in frustrated because I can't get a soon enough appointment and I have the attitude sometimes yes! I'm guilty and they have wonderful patience with me now that's professional

Attentive, engaging & caring doctor & N.P. Christine. Excellent staff overall! Dr. Golshan has provided great care, for many years, for my elderly mother & refers her to specialists as needed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Golshan is very caring at the beginning. But not after that. She has very short staff, so it takes longer wait time. We had an appointment at 9:30 am and got out around 11ish. Update as of today (9/10/25) - This doctor is a money sucker. If you need a refill for your medication then you have to see her for consultation (my mom has been taking same medicine for quite awhile and we already consulted two times in this year and every time we go there doctor was not there and her nurse fill in her to see my mom) most of the time so that she can get money from the medi-cal (IEHP). It's time to change doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Golshan for several years. I have found her to be a great doctor as well as a kind and caring person. She has a wonderful friendly staff that actually smile and make you feel welcome.

I have been dealing with severe back pain over the past 3 months and was searching for a primary doctor to follow up after several visits to the ER. My initial appointment to establish care went okay, I described my pain and she set up a plan for treatment. During my visit she requested medical records from my ER visits in which she received from me. My second follow up appointment was AWFUL!. I explained I'm in constant pain throughout my daily activities and that some days I can't even get out of bed let alone care for my 2 year old like I wish I could. I explained to Dr. Golshan that my referral for physical therapy got approved and I have a appointment set for following day that I set up as soon as I found out. Immediately I felt no compassion from Dr. Golshan. Her bedside manner was very dismissive and she began to say things like "people deal with my condition all the time" I have missed weeks of being able to work due to the pain I've been dealing with and thankfully my employer has been understanding. When I requested time off work for treatment plan she became very combative even after explaining I need time to take off in order to go to physical therapy. She then said things like "find another physician then" and she walked out of the room. I was shocked and felt a lack of care and understanding from this doctor. I couldn't believe the way she treated me, I've never had a doctor walk out on me. I was extremely upset so my husband said let's just find another doctor and we left the room as well. In addition to this, when I requested my medical records she denied them to me and said they can only be faxed to new doctor (most of these records were from ER visits and not even from her office) I immediately went home and called my insurance to switch my primary and they informed me she's not allowed to deny my records. I then called the Dr. Golshans office back and told them I filed grievance and that my insurance stated I should be able to obtain my records myself in which they told me there's just a fee. That's not what I was told initially so it seemed like a way to cover what was told to me at first. I have no problem paying fee but I should've been told that at first instead of denying them to me completely. Overall my experience was absolutely horrible and I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.
