I give Dr Ela Gregorian and her staff a five star review because they went Above and Beyond there service for me and I was transferred by my insurance group to them yes I was reluctant at first but said that I had to at least give the doctor a chance to see if we vibe and she is the greatest we vibe right from the start and now we will perform a patient and doctor relationship.

Agende una cita aproximadamente con 10 dias de anticipacion y el dia de la cita para mi sorpresa la clinica se encuentra cerrada por causa de remodelacion de la misma. Pero el problema no fue que la clinica estuviese cerrada, si no que nadie del staff en la clinica tuvo el tiempo y la cortesia de llamarme o enviarme un mensaje para avisarme y preguntarme si me gustaria cambiar mi cita para la clinica de Fontana. Lo unico que puedo decir con esto que paso que no pienso agendar una cita mas con esta clinica a pesar de que tenia una muy buena recomendacion de la Dra. Ela Por ultimo y desafortunadamente necesitamos de estos servicios pero necesitamos clinicas y profesionales de la salud que de verdad se preocupen por el bienestar de sus pacientes y de su comunidad.
