The front office staff is so unhelpful and don't care about their patients , mostly elderly people at all. Not sure why they chose to work at a medical office if they have zero sympathy to their patients, let alon elderly ones. At least it should be some respect to age. Outrageous indifference. Sorry that such a nice doctor Rachman has this unprofessional staff. I do not recommend.

Dr. Rachman is awesome he is the only doctor that I trust. Me and my family have had some bad run ins with some unqualified PHDs but I can never say that about Dr. Rachman. He is easily the smartest person that I know and he can carry on a conversation about anything with anyone. His knowledge of medicine is vast and impressive. Again, my family and I trust no one else. His office has a good location and his staff are always friendly too. He is easy to reschedule appointments with as well as get in touch with for any questions. I highly recommend him and his entire practice.

My family and I have been long time patients of Dr. Rachman. When you come into his office, you are greeted by very friendly, kind and professional staff. The ladies at front desk are very courteous and helpful. The doctor himself is wonderful. He's very knowledgeable in diagnosing and in treating ailments. He spends as much time as the patient needs in explaining the medical issues and is very patient. We wholeheartedly recommend the medical office of Dr. Ilya Rachman for any internal medical issues anyone faces.

My numerous visit to Doctor. Me my wife and many of my family members been seen by Dr Rakhman. He is very open and always talks straight to the point and always suggests what's best for us. He always listens to us first very patiently and then checks and takes lab test if needed or cardiology test if needed. They have all different labs at the office so you can get checked at the spot during your visit Strongly recommend him.

Zero star review here. Stay as far away as possible. This is the least professional Dr and staff I have ever encountered. The ladies working there are extremely rude. Dr Rachman shows the least amount of care and compassion to your medical condition. Be prepared for your Dr appointment to run anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes with zero help addressing you concerns. Today's experience topped it all. I have been nursing a knee injury and the physical therapist that Dr Rachman sent me to, instructed that I get a comfortable ergonomic chair to sit in from my work, in order to rehab my knee. I reached out to my work and they asked me to provide a Dr's note so I asked Dr Rachman's office to provide one. The Dr called with the worst attitude saying "why am providing this note, am I working for your company?" I was completely shocked by this, the call ended with me giving Dr Rachman my fax number and he agreed to fax the note. A day later there is no note, I call his offices and the lady answering tells me that my Dr note is going to cost me $50, I've never seen this before and feel absolutely used and taken advantage of. I will call my insurance company to file an official complaint
