I have been seeing Dr. Azam annually starting with a heart attack I had while visiting here in the South Bay about five years ago. My home is in a low population state where there is a shortage of cardiologists. Although I was able to get appointments with cardiologists in my home town, none of them were anywhere as patient or thorough as Dr. Azam. He listens carefully to my concerns, explains clearly and follows through with tests when indicated. Of course, if I had another heart attack, I would go to emergency in my hometown, but at my first opportunity, I would get back to the South Bay for a second opinion from Dr. Azam. I have heard him called, "Dr. Awesome" and he is!

Dr. Azam and his team were on call 6 years ago and saved my life at Little Company. I'm forever grateful, of course and I look forward to our yearly catch up appointments. I follow his medical advise and look forward to many years to come. He's approachable and directly answers any question I may have.
