I've had multiple bad experiences with this doctor's office. The customer service is consistently poor - the staff is rude, unhelpful, and never seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. They've sent my medication refills to the wrong pharmacy more than once, and this has caused serious delays in getting the prescriptions needed for my mother. This isn't just a one-time issue; it has happened several times, and every time l try to get it corrected, it turns into a frustrating back-and-forth. I expect a medical office to be organized, professional, and attentive to patient needs, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case here. I'm very disappointed and will be looking for a different provider who values their patients' time and health.

Dr. Sohail Davoudian is by far the most unprofessional, dismissive, and shockingly rude doctor I have ever encountered. My parents are retired and elderly, and both qualify for a government assistance program. I needed a simple form signed for their care, and instead of providing help, this doctor outright refused to sign and began yelling at me. From what I've observed and read in other reviews, he clearly plays favorites and treats patients with PPO insurance very differently than those with HMO plans. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. The office staff are no better--they are consistently rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in any sense of compassion or professionalism. I will continue to file complaints about Dr. Sohail Davoudian because no patient or caregiver should be treated this way. For anyone seeking government assistance, compassionate care, or even basic respect, do not come here. You will regret it.

I've had an outstanding experience with Dr. Davoudian's office, and I truly can't say enough good things about the entire team. Dr. Davoudian is excellent--professional, attentive, and caring. But my experience has been even better with Dr. Shahrzad, who is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in every visit. The staff is also top-notch. I've especially appreciated Elena at the front desk, who is always welcoming, organized, and kind. And Monique has been fantastic--efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. I've never experienced this level of care and professionalism anywhere else. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional medical care in a warm and supportive environment.

Terrible Experience, Worst Service Ever!" I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Dr. Sohail M. Davoudian and his office. I spent so much time trying to make an appointment, and nobody called me back. When I finally managed to get an appointment, the nurse practitioner informed me that I would need to schedule another appointment with the doctor just to get a referral to another specialist! It's utterly ridiculous! To make matters worse, I wasn't even able to get a medication refill because they insisted that I needed to be seen in person - something that could have been easily handled without the unnecessary delay. This office is nearly impossible to reach! I've tried calling multiple times with no response. The level of service is absolutely unacceptable, and it's one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical office. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Davoudian to anyone. Avoid this office if you value your time and mental well-being!

The worst place! I scheduled an appointment with this medical group, but they canceled it without notifying me. No calls, no texts, no emails. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me I would have to reschedule. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. It's not worth the hassle!
