Dr. Ditchey is great but his staff is the most uncaring. If you need a prescription filled you will need to go stand in the lobby until he comes out of an appointment and get his attention for refills on medication. This is the 3rd time I've been off my heart medications because of his staff. I'm not a doctor but I know when you go without medication for 10 days and still waiting it's not good. My chest pains are severe, the shortness of breath is frightening. I'm dizzy, nauseated. But hey don't worry about it. It's your life they like to play God with. Not theirs Horrible horrible staff.
