Mercy Medical Center Redding

These folks are absolutely amazing, I'm in awe of them. I couldn't tell volunteers from staff - such was the commitment to care. After spending a few days living there temporarily while our dad passed I have such peace knowing how much care was spent on him and others. Thank you for such humble, dedicated service to all, bless each of you. Anything we ate or drank was fresh and good, the coffee cafe is very nice and especialy appreciated. One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever visited.

My 12 year old daughter collapsed in the ER on Monday. The entire ER team worked swiftly to get her admitted and to figuring out what was wrong with her. The scariest moment of my life was treated like nothing else mattered but getting my baby better. The entire ER staff did just that (thank you jason and everyone else In the ER, thank you EMT Kyle for getting me a charger lol). We stayed Monday through Friday in pediatrics. I want to thank Kimber, Ashley, Brittany, Krystal, amanda and Kristen for everything you all of the RNs did for us and for taking care of my baby. No one mentions the fact that this team not only takes care of the child but the parent too. Thank you for taking care of me while my baby was sick. I appreciate every one of you and what you do every day. I seriously can not thank you enough! Thank you thank you thank you!! You not only kept my daughters physical well being to the best of your ability but her emotional as well. I owe you my heart for everything your team has done for my family. All the pediatric drs Dr Le, Dr Jew and the other resident drs.

Ending up in the emergency room on one of their busiest nights is never ideal but Mercy ER staff are some of the best. I've been going to Mercy with other family members for over 20 years and they have just gotten better. And I'm a very critical person. They do a fantastic job at Mercy. We are very fortunate to have them!

I was there for some testing in the endoscopy department. I have always used Mercy Medical Center for any hospitalizations needed. Thankfully it usually for testing. I have also had 2 surgeries at Mercy several years ago. Staff is always kind and helpful. My mom had also spent time there before she passed. She received very good care from doctors and curing staff. I would highly recommend Mercy Medical Center for all hospital stays.

My family is in huge debt to this fine hospital with it's excellent staff and particularly their Brain Surgery Unit. I received a call at home in Petaluma last week from my son in New York informing me his mother was being taken by ambulance to this hospital after being diagnosed at a Red Bluff hospital with a brain tumor. I immediately drove to Redding to be with her and await my son's flight from New York. Obviously we were all very distraught but the great nurses and doctors were so professional, compassionate and caring that we felt secure she was getting the finest care possible. The result was fantastic, the tumor was benign, the surgeon was able to remove this apple sized mass, and my son's mother, my much loved ex, is recovering quite nicely. I realize how very very fortunate we were are are eternally grateful to Mercy Medical Center and everyone involved. I highly recommend this Center to anyone needing medical assistance!!
