I went to Dr Khan with concerns about my heart. The office treated me as if my concerns were not important. I'm not sure why, maybe I am healthier and younger than most of their patients, but preventative care should be important. It has been a few years but now I am in a confirmed AFIB situation that could have been easier on me and my body if my concerns were addressed more professionally by Dr Khan when I went to him. I would sue him if I had evidence. If you are younger than 70 and healthy now, DO NOT seek this doctor's guidance.

Dr. Khan is an exceptional and compassionate physician whose care is beyond reproach, in my opinion.Unfortunately,the same cannot be said for the staff. Kayla was rude and condescending,even suggesting that I carry a notebook to remember things--- perhaps very sound advice! but delivered in a patronizing manner that was completely unnecessary. The other one whom I won't name because she is sweet most of the time, told Kayla she had spoken with me 3 times there is nothing more to add. Rather than handling the matter in tact, Kayla relayed this in a dismissive and discourteous way. Its disheartening to encounter such behavior in an office led by an excellent doctor.

as a heart doctor, Dr Khan is very reliable and good at what he does. If I ever needed another heart surgery, he's the one I would choose again. My respects to Muhammad khan.

Very disappointed in office staff. I was shamed by phone scheduler because my mother dared to die days before my appointment and I had to reschedule. I offered both death certificates and funeral home letter but that wasnt sufficient. Too bad, so sad, sounds like a personal problem. On 2nd try, I got called into court as a witness and could not just skip that as the defendant's minister. I was lectured by receptionist that if I missed again, I was out. This is a sad reflection not just on this particular office but the Redding community as well.

If it wasn't for Dr Klan, I'm sure that I would have lost my husband of 57 yrs . I'm so grateful for all Dr Khan did to get my sweet in touch with Dr Potmyer who performed an 4- way bypass, BLESS his heart They are both the Greatest Doctors in Redding
