My mother was a patient of yours. She passed away in June 2020 from a stroke. I met Dr Fletscher one time, and I thought he looked like Jay Leno in a way. The last good, tearful laugh that I had with my mom, was regarding this ugly, taxidermied(?) duck, that is sitting in his office waiting room. My mom wanted me to "acquire" this duck because it was comparable to the Asselope they have at Old West. I pray the duck still sits on that table. And Dr. Fletscher, I would give that duck an excellent home if you'd let me.

I have driven from Auburn California all the way up here three hours just to see him and back home. now in Susanville. I took my mother to her appointment with Dr. Fletscher. I was appalled to say the least. This Doctor was extremly rude and very unprofessional. I have never been treated the way he treated us that day. I would not recommend this man to anyone. Dr. Fletscher, I hope you are reading this. You should be ashamed of yourself. You left me in shock with the way you treated my mother and I. When I take my mother to a professional, I expect said professional to at the very least ACT professional. I don't know how you go about your day treating people this way. Do better.

Dr Fletcher is a nut case . Instead of explaining any of the procedures during our visit he talked about prostate cancer. His office is unprofessional. Our Doctors office called 15 times to get test result and never got even a return call. The hospital called for three days and did not receive a return call. They had to cancel the surgery because of this. They don't have anything set up electronically and do everything on paper which no one even doctors or nurses can read Dr. Fletchers writing! I am going to file a formal complaint to the Medical Board!

Dr Fletcher extended my mothers life. My experience in a recent visit with my parents was that it is evident he cares for his patients (my parents). I am thankful to see he speaks their language and has them laughing and feeling really great during their visit. He is honest and sometimes brutally honest, but that is okay because when it comes to someones heart disease, there is no room for sugar coating hard truths. Thank you Dr Fletcher, if it wasn't for you I don't think my mom would still be with us. God Bless you !
