It's hard for me to believe that this office deals with something so serious as the heart and takes it so lightly. I had an EKG that was irregular so was referred here for further testing prior to surgery. Looming over me was a surgery date as well as a genuine fear that something was wrong. When I reached out to this office I was shocked at their lack of... everything? The person was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I would guess that I called them 20 times when all was said and done to get what I needed. Some highlights... I was looking at a copy of my referral with a note from their office handwritten on it as they told me on two separate calls that they had never received a referral for me, when I was finally able to get in for further testing I overheard a conversation between the staff about me that was incredibly unprofessional, I called 7 days in a row without a return call, and they never contacted me with my results. My surgeon's office was able to get them at the very last minute (thankfully) but attempting to work with this office was certainly more stress than is necessary and showed a general lack of concern for the actual humans that are just trying to navigate care at a scary time.
