Lopez Carlos MD

I was really very impressed with Dr Carlos Lopez. I am a new patient so was not sure what would occur, since I had new insurance going from a PPO to HMO. I had a 1:00 appointment and I did not get into the exam room until about 1:15. Beyond that, I was happy with the time the doctor spent with me. He was very thorough in explaining some of the concerns I had. He was very helpful as well in setting up mail delivery of medications. Very happy and look forward to a good relationship with this office and doctor.

Dr Carlos Lopez is a compassionate physician. You may have a little wait time to see him but that is because he spends time with each of his patients. You are not rushed. He answers questions and educates. Highly reconmended.

had to put 1 star just to post but the office is not even worth a rating. Terrible office. Rude staff. Wait time is unreal. I told the doctor that he was late for my appointment. Said he didn't like my attitude and told me to leave. Some doctor. Keep you waiting for an hour and I have an attitude, because I held him accountable for my time spent waiting. Filed complaint with the main hospital.

Have been trying for weeks to make an appointment! My first and only visit he seemed like a good doctor but now I can't even make a simple call to set an appointment. Over a month and nothing for my referral I requested!
