The Surgery was not any issue the staff and Dr Bobby was the best . However you will run the weight back up again and your told this can happen and not his fault your told going in. My only issue was I needed a simple clarification why supplement protein was needed and perhaps its on thier website etc. I got the blowoff like now they moved on and peace out. So you will get a great team and amazing doctor. But your as good as those around you and expect to be cast away after his check clears RESPONSE, Thanks for reply I did comment staff was great but why when I called this morning asked if there is any where on any website you have or and information on anything I can find or direct me to. Was not even asking Dr Bobby directly to provide anything and the true shame of this is that your words are correct but when in reality they fall flat because the staff is not as accomidation as you are in your words. And for such a skilled and amazing doctor he is it is his staff that failed him not me

I rarely write reviews on doctors offices, but I feel it's important to share my experience with Dr. Bobby and his office staff. My entire experience leading up to my surgery was confusing, frustrating, and left me feeling completely unsupported. Just (4 days!!!!!)before my scheduled surgery, I received a call from the office informing me that I would not be able to have the procedure I was initially expecting. Instead, they suggested a different procedure entirely. Naturally, I expressed concern and confusion--especially since this was such a significant, last-minute change. After voicing my worries, I was suddenly told that I could have the original procedure after all, but only if I agreed to undergo an annual colonoscopy for the rest of my life. This kind of conflicting information so close to surgery was incredibly unsettling. It's hard to make an informed decision when communication is inconsistent and you feel pressured or misled. What made matters worse is that I had already been concerned about the lack of assistance and clarity from the office staff throughout the process. I often felt like I was getting the runaround instead of straightforward answers. Despite my repeated attempts to get more clarity, I never once had a one-on-one consultation or follow-up with Dr. Bobby himself. I was left to make major medical decisions based on fragmented information and inconsistent communication from staff members. In the end, I went through with the procedure, but I'm now left puzzled and full of regret, wondering whether I made the right decision. I truly wish there had been more transparency, empathy, and direct communication from Dr. Bobby and his team. No patient should have to feel this uncertain and unsupported before such an important surgery.

Dr. Bobby and his staff were exceptional and very accommodating from start to finish. I was able to call or text any questions or concerns I had and receive a prompt response. Surgery and recovery was amazing.

Kate and Courtney, the amazing nutritionists, walked with me through every stage--guiding me, encouraging me, and celebrating each milestone with me. Their kindness and commitment meant the world to me. This surgery didn't just change my body, it gave me my life back. To anyone who's struggling and thinking about taking this step: believe in yourself. You are worth fighting for. And you deserve to feel this free.

Dr.Bobby and Courtney and the rest of his staff have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to me! The entire staff at Eisenhower was very welcoming and warming to me during my stay for my Gastric Bypass surgery. I was referred to Dr. Bobby from a friend of mine, and I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Dr. Bobby with any of my loved ones. I appreciate the the communication from him and his office. His staff is always friendly and quick to get back to me. Heather and Courtney are ALWAYS there for me and a huge part of my journey and I truly appreciate this entire office.
