The front desk person has very poor communication and follow up skills. She promised to send Surgery clearance on a Monday. I have had to follow up each day to share that the Primary care nor the surgical coordinator has received a copy of the paperwork they could open. They show ZERO care that surgery is scheduled for less than 24 hours away. She says that their fax is broken and that their email is not working and the only solution is for me to pick it up and deliver but they close in 45 minutes. I even offered to pay for a courier but she said she would need her manager to approve but her manager isn't in until tomorrow. Sonjia at the front desk said "It's not my problem." I would avoid the office due to the passive aggressive nature of the front desk and the doctor's assistant Mildred. Not one apology for not getting a good copy to 2 different doctors. Not one apology for the situation. Not one apology for not informing us that their equipment was broken and not having any other solutions or option except asking the patient to pick it up and deliver it.. Not one apology for asking my other doctor's office to inform us to pick it up and deliver it. trust the other reviews that share they are impossible to deal with. Sad because the Doctor is good but I will definitely look elsewhere because of the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior they demonstrated. And yes, I did have a part to play in it as I definitely shared my frustrations.

Horrible front office service. They didn't even care about doctor's instructions and patient's time to schedule appointments. Even though I have an appointment (got a call in the morning to confirm as well) and after we go there, they are saying doctor is in meeting, we don't know when she will be done, come next week. And also, no patient portal is available for this group.

Came 15 minutes prior to my appointment. 45 minutes later, STILL waiting for Dr to talk to me!!

I received treatment over a year ago and received multiple bills spread out over months after that - one of which appeared more than 3 MONTHS after treatment. Pretty confident I received an additional bill that made no sense but it was only $20 so it's not a big deal right? I just received ANOTHER BILL FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR but now it's a charge as if I had no insurance. This is A YEAR AFTER TREATMENT. I had to call my insurance company for them to admit they made an error and I actually owed them a few dollars instead of a couple thousand!! Hopefully someone at the practice is reading these reviews because this is HORRENDOUS. How can you call yourself a legitimate doctor when you are bankrupting patients for SERVICES ALREADY PAID. NEVER AGAIN

Made an appointment as a new patient. Was invited in at my appointment time and then sat, in the exam room, for nearly an hour waiting on the doctor. Apparently, her time is the only time that's important. Ended up walking out. Guess I'll be finding another doctor. Ridiculous...
