Dr's are very good and gives good time to talk to patients about health. But but Staff working in this facility don't care about patients at all. Never submit all PA or any other requirement to the insurance on time. We have to keep calling them and sometimes you have to come in person to get info. Whenever we call them they takes forever to answer the phone but when we come in person to talk to them they all are mingle with each other not that busy to take care of the phone.
Bad service. Stayed on hold for 25 mins for a member to pick up.
definitely recommend you do not see Dr. Alla. She Does NOT allow 86 year old man to have wife with him during his appointment.
I'm here with my spouse and the wait time is longer than usual during mid morning. I would suggest getting here as earl th as possible.
My wife comes here for her Ms problems and other things she was also guided to a good proper pain management doctor from here to help her
