I wanted to get high bp under control. This office got me in quickly and even checked to see if i wanted to move appt up a few days which i did. There was no wait time at the appointment. I was given the stress test at the first appointment rather than making another which was good for me. The staff is very nice and answers any questions you have have. Dr Agarwal called me personally to give me directions for the new medication. They always answer the phone - no leaving messages and waiting. I look forward to working with them and taking better care of my heart.

I went to Dr. Agarwal for a second opinion regarding my heart treatment and monitoring routine. He was very straight forward and extremely thorough. He explained in detail the different guidelines and brought out a medical textbook to show me examples. He went as far as to obtain a 3rd opinion for me through another hospital in the Los Angeles area with another doctor who specializes in my specific situation. He followed-up with me via telephone 2 times within 1 week and verbalized his willingness to provide continued support in the future if I needed it. I am beyond appreciative of him and his office. I recommend him 100%, he was kind and had great bedside manner as well has being knowledgeable but also knowing when he did not have the specialization I needed.

Doctor Argawal is such a great doctor. He spent so much time with me. He did every test possible to find out my problem which he did. He did sat down with me and answered every question I had. In fact I went back two days in a row because I I was so nervous about taking a blood thinner. Not once did he not see me, but reassured me and explained again what my options were. I appreciate him so much. I'm sure I was a pain but he never made me feel that way. I'm now on the right medications. And I thank him for being such a concerning and caring doctor. His staff is wonderful.
