Worst office staff, I had an unfortunate incident occur to me where I lost medical coverage, and while calling them to let them know that while I'm waiting for the regular insurance to go through, to see if I can get the prescription for my life saving insulin to be re-instated through just the emergency medi-cal she responded that they don't work with medi-cal and I will no longer be a patient at this office anymore. I'm within a week of reinstating insurance (before my appointment with them was even scheduled) but they had other plans apparently. Don't go here, patient advocation is a joke. And to clarify- I have never written a review before.

Dr. Valamanesh is a superstar in the field of Endocrinology. I am so happy to have him caring for my family member. He is one of the best. His knowledge is unsurpassed. He has a wonderful personality and bedside manner as well. He is very patient and takes time to answer all questions and explain everything clearly in a way that can be understood. Our family's experience with him could not have been better.

For many months I felt like I was just shoved around regarding my diabetic diagnosis, then I was referred to Dr. Valamanesh, and what a joy, what I liked about Dr. V is he was straight up and honest with me. Dr. V encouraged me to change my eating habits, exercise, and most of all, enjoy life. After 3-4 months my AC1 went from 9.2 to 6.4, and yes it wasn't easy but it was exactly what I needed and worth it... Dr. V Is someone who speaks the truth with clarity and he truly cares. I had been calling for over a month in a half to get my mom an appointment left countless voicemail No one ever returned the call one day i got through an the lady who answered was extremely rude she couldn't find my mom in the system i told her she was a new patient still nothing i. even tried giving her my moms Referal code but she was just like no you need to call her insurance an have them fax over the i information .. Like wow having a bad day call out or find a place to pull yourself together don't be rude to people especially when its your job to assist. Any ways so finally got my mother an appointment its in February. An ive had been calling since the beginning of November Hopefully when we visit things go good.

After being confused about a problem for a while, Dr. Valamaesh easily diagnosed it and cured it for me, Also there has been some other cases that he performed fantastic both on my problems and my wife. We have been his patients for 3 years and very satisfied with him so far.
