I love going to the doctors now. The staff are nice and attentive. And they know me! The doctor listens and gives me excellent advice. He makes me happy.

Dr Vu is an excellent PCP. I feel confident in her care. She's friendly and compassionate. She spent a lot of time with me and looked me in the eye instead of the computer. The follow up documents are clear and helpful. Her assistant is thorough and responsive. I felt heard and cared for. I'm so glad to be a patient in her practice.

Dr. Kim Vu is an exceptional doctor who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She takes the time to listen attentively, shows genuine care and compassion, and provides thorough explanations that make you feel informed and supported. Her knowledge and expertise are evident in the quality of care she delivers, and she creates a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable and valued. I am glad I made the correct decision to switch from Kaiser. I will recommend Pomona valley. Much better service and communication than kaiser. I wish I can give Pomona valley 100 stars because of communication. Doctors and staff excellent at communication.

Spoke to Maria on the phone she seemed nice about trying to understand that I cant find the building. I called as soon I parked builing looked complex. I understand the importance of an appointment but if I am here i was in 15mins prior to appointment but lost in building and I need help please DIRECT, ASSIST don't penalize client for contributing a delay.
