HIGHLY RECOMMEND OAK TREE DERMATOLOGY! I had an amazing experience at Oak Tree Dermatology in Riverside . I believe the office is new location. It's extremely clean, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was seen by Victoria, PA-C, and she truly made me feel at home. She was warm, understanding, and incredibly easy to talk to. I felt comfortable discussing not only the reason I came in, but other concerns as well. She took her time, listened to everything, and went above and beyond in every way. Victoria even recommended some great skincare products and helpful additions to my routine--things she didn't have to take the time to explain, but she did because she genuinely cared. Her advice was thoughtful, personalized, and extremely helpful. I also really appreciate how communicative the office is--they respond quickly, explain everything clearly, and they're usually very open with appointments, which makes scheduling super easy. Victoria and the entire staff made the whole experience feel personal, professional, and truly caring. I left feeling well taken care of, informed, and confident in my treatment plan. I will most definitely be recommending my family and friends to Oak Tree Dermatology. This office deserves the highest praise, and I'll absolutely be returning!

The office is clean, and easy to get to. The parking is plentiful, be aware that Google maps take you to the hotel located behind the building- park in front! The staff is the reason why I'm happy to have been treated here. Everyone was so warm and helpful, especially the attending PA, she was knowledgeable, patiently listened to my issues, and was efficient in coming up with solutions. I'm glad that this clinic is located in my neighborhood. :)

Oak Tree Dermatology is incredible! Dr. David Robels is caring, empathetic, and truly goes above and beyond. The staff are so kind , beautiful , funny and welcoming, making the whole experience 10/10 (if not 1000/1000!). I've never felt so cared for at a doctor's office my skin has never looked this good -- highly recommend definitely bringing some clients and returning several more times!

Met today with Alexandra for my 16-year-old's acne concerns. She was incredibly kind and gave us several treatment options, helping us understand the entire process. She genuinely seemed to care. My daughter has been battling acne for the past two years, and it's been getting worse each day. I'm hopeful that this place will help us finally get her acne under control.

Called in over a week in advance for an appointment as a first time patient. They collected my info over the phone, including insurance info, and provided follow up reminders. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked again for my insurance info and then informed me they didn't accept my insurance. They suggested I pay cash for the visit or go elsewhere. Complete waste of time!!
