Best Mamogram experience ever! For openers...the facility is very "inviting." Warm and friendly help...from the Guard...to the Front Office where Sonya and Leslie's capable hands take you the next step...the Technition. She guides you through this nessicary part of a healthy life so very gently it became..."comfortable." So...if you "have to" and "yes, you do"...it might as well be somewhere pleasant to be. Don't put this off! Call NOW and make an appointment...you'll be glad you did. On my top 10 Medical Facilities List.

My appointment time was set at 11:30 am for my iron infusion. My medication didn't arrive until almost 1:30 pm. RN told me pharmacy was on a lunch break. Totally inappropriate to wait over 2 hours ( i arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my appt time). Shouldn't there be coverage when one staff goes on a break? Missed lunch and was hungry and a headache made it more unpleasant. The staff are wonderful though. I have to say those nurses work hard and are excellent.

I've been a patient at this location for 11 year's. The staff and doctors are amazing and I'm not including them in my rating. I had blood work the lab inside the cancer center that Pomona Valley hospital provides for the patients in that building and thank you for that but the phlebotomist was so rude making nasty comments out loud and everyone can hear. Cursing and complaining to the medical assistant bringing in more patients. At one time a patient that she was helping told her you shouldn't complain I'm dying of cancer and walked out. I was the patient after this gentleman and was not happy with her treatment of me either. It was a very sad situation to witness. Linda the phlebotomist should not be in this position especially working with terminal ill patients.

Dr. Chaudry and Brenda her MA are the best... the front staff is also very nice. I had my chemotherapy here and ALL the nurses are so awesome. Thank you all for your service. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the lady who does the blood draws in the building. She's rude. She seems like she hates her job. She seems annoyed anytime anyone signs in. As a cancer patient it's very sad because sometimes it's just easier for us to draw our blood here but she makes it a very uncomfortable experience. She should definitely changer her attitude or she should be replaced.

Everyone was very nice. Everything was clean well organized. I took my mom on a Friday morning and we didn't even waiting an hour. And I believe one of the nurses in the front office talk Spanish. I took some pictures, hope there are a help for you guy's.
