The people up front are attentive and efficient. The attending nurse was very good as well. Dr.Kieff is just great. He goes out of his way to get all the info he needs, make suggestions and changes as needed, and works hard to get the best results possible.
Dr. Keefe great. But his assistants need some training. I was told in Petaluma Office Dr. Keefe order an acho 8;:00am in Novato Well, I got up at 6:00 am to be ready. NOBARY has any information what so ever they schedule appt. at 3:00PM in Petaluma. Monday 11/10 I'm happy echo test was not scheduled the day of the surgery or a month after surgery. An apology will be nice after all my Friday has been busy for nothing very incompetent.
