Perris Valley Clinica Familiar

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I'm going to because I felt very uncomfortable. First, they changed my appointment time because the doctor was leaving early, and to avoid missing the appointment, I accepted the change. Unfortunately, I arrived 5 minutes late, but I called beforehand and they said it was fine. This is my second time bringing my children here for their physical exams. The waiting room was empty, as was the rest of the clinic, so I thought it would be a quick visit. The nurse called me back around 1:30, and she was very rude, telling me that the doctor probably wouldn't see me. When I got to the exam room, the doctor came in and was very rude, saying that my lateness had delayed many things and that he had a personal life just like the other staff members. I acknowledged that I was 5 minutes late and apologized. The time spent examining the children was only 15-20 minutes for both of them, without giving me time to ask any questions. Everything was rushed and done in a very unpleasant manner. Even my children felt uncomfortable and asked me to find a different doctor, which I will do, as I didn't like the way they treated my children, especially the way the doctor spoke to me. Completely unprofessional, what a shame.

I've never been to such a terrible clinic. They have so many deficiencies, from the receptionists to the doctors. Never go there -- they're mediocre. They make you put your initials if you don't buy their "lab package" that costs $400, and if you don't pay for it, they refuse to diagnose you and make you sign a waiver in case something happens to you. These people have no professional ethics.

Been coming to this clinic for about 5 years now and my doctor, vanessa is pretty persistent in getting me to be complaint with my health. She has treated me for my chronic conditions and she has given me great medical advice to keep me under controlled. What I really like about her is that she is very straightforward with explaining lab results and answers all the questions i have for her. Angel, her assistant has been very helpful too when I call for my medication refills or questions

Been a patient at this clinic for 4 years now. I have had nothing but great experience. I usually consult with Dr. Vanessa for all my chronic medical conditions and she is always on top of helping me keep my conditions controlled. I have also called for sick visits and have had to consult with other doctors there and they themselves are very professional and amazing. Another thing I really appreciate, is how they reach out to me when ever I am due for my annual blood work or other exams; as sometimes I get to busy and overpass going to the doctors. Highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely the worst place I have been to. I've been coming to this clinic since I was a child I always like coming here to see two doctors Dr.Vanessa and Dr.Ruiz but after Vanessa left or so they told me. They been giving me doctors they want to give me I have always requested Dr.Ruiz because I like how he always attends me and my family and he is also my primary physician. Today I came in to do a physical and then I had to ask one of the nurse if by chance the doctor can see me for my foot. Then she said give me a minute let me check. She comes in with another nurse asking why I tell her my foot has been in pain for a couple of weeks now and I been having bad headaches. Then the nurse that was attending me comes back in saying I need to ask you a couple of question. The ones we always get asked, she then asked me one question that I never heard of and I asked her what is that she responded and in her own words "I honestly don't know I'll just mark you as no". You also have to make an appointment and if your a couple minutes early it doesn't matter you get taken to the back in like 10-30 min in to your appointment if your appointment is at 3:30 you'll be in the room by 4:10. If you are going to be late they will reschedule you like. Are you serious I missed work for you to just reschedule me.
