Terrible office terrible doctor. Waited over 2 hours for my 2 year old daughter's first appointment with this new doctor. TERRIBLE. the doctor did not ask us ANYTHING about our daughter. All the doctor did was give my daughter a shot and a bandaid and walked out. The office is DISGUSTING, dirty and filthy. Just terrible all around. Go somewhere else and find a different doctor.

Best doctor I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable and caring. She is always on time so I never have to wait extra minutes or hours for my turn at the office. Her hours are very flexible. She listens to complaints carefully. Moreover, she is knows what she's doing so I know I'm getting the best treatment and medical care I need. Her team at the office is very welcoming and nice. They always have a smile on their face. Last but not least, her office is close to where I live in Riverside CA. I recommend this doctor to anyone who needs medical attention! Peace!

I love her hrs I call to put my name on the list and I know what time I should be there before they call my name. Hrs are perfect for my husband it gives him enough time to go to his apartment after work. The doctor is nice and tells you like it is. .. She does a lot more than other doctor offices that send you to other clinics when they can do a lot more than juice my insurance company. Plane and simple in and out is just the way I like it. Parent's need to clean up after their kid's and Some people need to have patience. .

I will take knowledge and experience over a nice clinic any day. Yeah the clinic is not the most updated or modern, but the staff is kind and helpful. The building is old, but the Doctor is a straight arrow. She says things as they are, no sugar coating or babying you. It's either you get a modern and nice clinic with a bunch of idiots, or a bit run down old clinic with a great doctor.

I had a horrible experience here. My 4 year old daughter was refused care because I asked to be billed for the visit. I was told by the clerk that "the doctor will not see her without payment." I was more than willing to pay for my copay because I understand that I am financially responsible. I could have called and paid the next day before the claim even gets billed. I was told that they do not bill for copays but I know that is not correct. I know for a fact that they bill for the entire visit and when they receive an EOB that is what shows patient responsibility. I know for a fact that doctors who are contracted with Regal have a legal obligation not to turn away patients that are assigned. I will be filling a complaint with Regal as well. I was treated rudely by the staff and they were even laughing as I walked out. I will never understand people who take joy in turning away patients in need of care. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.
