As pediatric clinic they should have had better understanding of the patients' needs, however there is zero effort to be more compassionate. I have to take my baby to appointments, and it's really hard to be there at exact appointment time, considering baby's feeding and sleeping times, as well as horrible parking situation around the building. When my baby was just a month old and we were only 10 minutes late they made a big deal about it. Told me that the doctor has to decide if he will see the baby and he said no, they told me I have to come back another time. After long back and forth conversation and explaining problems with insurance, I was told to wait and may be he will be able to see us. We waited close to one hour that time. Well, most recent appointment we were late again, less than 15 minutes because baby was crying and I had to stop and calm him down, also has forgotten which building was the office in ( the person confirming appointment told me they will send that via text, never did), they did not see my baby. I had to drive half an hour each way with crying baby as his sleep time was interrupted twice, and didn't even get to see the doctor. On top of that the appointment is rescheduled to more than month and a half away. As a practice working with babies and children, the staff could have been more understanding and caring. Especially, the other 2 times when I was on time, they made us wait more than half an hour.
