Run run and run like the wind! Retained Dr. Rashtian for expert witness services in June 2025. Despite explicit contractual obligations to follow specific medical guidelines, he systematically misrepresented medical records, converted diagnostic uncertainty to false certainty, and used inappropriate methodology. Refused to refund fees despite documented contractual violations. Cannot recommend for guidelines and consensus based professional expert witness work.
Dr. Rashrian was very professional, I got lucky when I scheduled my appointment for a watchman. He described everything that was going to happen. And what to expect. Everything was what he told me to expect. And now I no longer take blood thinners!
